The Ukrainians will have the American vaccine

In Ukraine in the framework of the Cooperative Threat Reduction “opened the first American biological laboratory the third level. Hand in its creation have put Senator Richard Lugar and U.S. President Barack Obama, wrote “Observer”. The laboratory, located in Odessa, will specialize in the study (with not quite clear the ultimate goals), the most dangerous pathogens on the planet. American politicians have been involved in its creation since 2005 - the rise to power of “orange” team.

Lugar said that in addition to Ukraine, the Americans built the same laboratory in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Georgia. Pakistan wanted to be first in this process to make for this great efforts and achieved the same desired.

America successfully makes Ukraine a testing ground for not tested vaccines, drugs and therapeutic techniques. The country is becoming technology workshop for the production of antidotes by trial and error, warehouse harmful to all living viruses and pathogens, as well as simply dumping ground for waste from the Western pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.

Comptroller-General Administration U.S. recognizes that the majority of laboratories third level can not afford the necessary costs of a regime of strict security. The main reason is the acute shortage of funds, since the pursuit of the number of newly opened laboratories has led to serious cuts in their budgets. In addition, for laboratories and relevant issues of staff turnover - they are poorly organized monitoring and tracking. They are too obvious and annoying specialists who are not willing to cooperate with entities that are not able to provide the optimum combination of safety with a comfortable work.

Presumably, the Ukraine, all these problems will be removed. Experts there are not too fussy (would work), and security requirements can be reduced (not at the same house, in fact).
