The site disappeared Yanukovych section of the Constitution of military bases

From the text of the Constitution, posted on the Website president, disappeared the section governing the residence of foreign military forces on the territory of Ukraine.

Thus, under the heading “Constitution” on the site of President is not the last, chapter XV “Transitional Provisions”.

At the same time in the constitutional text posted on the website of the Verkhovna Rada, this section is.
In particular, this section states that “the use of existing military bases on the territory of Ukraine for the temporary stay of foreign military forces may be under lease in the manner determined by international treaties of Ukraine ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine”.

As you know, on Wednesday President Viktor Yanukovych signed a deal under which term Russian Black Sea Fleet on Ukrainian territory extended for 25 years with the right to prolong it for another 5 years by agreement of the parties.
